Delete your King Teen Patti account
You can delete your account and the data attached to it at any time, either from inside the app or by writing to us. You do not need an account with us, or the app installed, to make the request.
From inside the app
- Open King Teen Patti and go to the lobby. You cannot delete your account while you are sitting at a table — leave the table first.
- In the bar across the top, tap Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Deletion happens immediately. You will be returned to the login screen, and opening the app again starts a completely new account.
By email
Write to support@sungamestudio.com with the subject Delete my account.
Tell us the display name you play under. We have no email address or phone number for you — the app never asks for one — so the name is how we find the account. If more than one account matches we will write back to check before deleting anything.
We complete deletion requests within 30 days, usually the same week.
What is deleted, and what is kept

The record of chip purchases you made, without anything that identifies you. Tax and accounting law requires that a record of a transaction is kept, so these cannot be erased — but nothing in them says who you were. |
How long anything is kept
Everything in the left-hand column above is erased as the request is completed — immediately when you delete from inside the app, and within 30 days when you write to us. There is no additional retention period for it: nothing is held back in a grace period, an archive or a backup that we could restore it from afterwards.
The purchase record in the right-hand column is kept indefinitely, because tax and accounting law requires that a record of a transaction survives. By then it has had your identity stripped out of it, so it is no longer your data — it records that a sale happened, not who made it.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Chips you bought are not refunded, and no chips, statistics or purchase history can be restored or moved to a new account. If you have unspent chips you paid for, spend them before deleting.
What deleting does not do
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account, because the account lives on our server rather than on your phone. Use one of the two routes above.
We cannot delete your Google Play or App Store purchase receipts. Those are held by Google under the Google Privacy Policy, or by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy, not by us.
